How to Stay Consistent with your Nutrition

We can’t fight it, nutrition is the other half of fitness and health – aside from lifting. I’m a huge fan of lifting weights and doing my metabolic work, but sometimes I struggle in the kitchen.

Maybe I’ll have a little extra here or there and quickly I realize how fast my body reacts. Not it a good way.

Or other times I’m crushing it. Doing everything I know to be good and right in the kitchen, but the results just aren’t there.
